1.1

Images uploaded to the system are permanently deleted from Baprile.com servers within ten (10) days after the order is completed. During this period, images are used only within the scope of order fulfilment.

1.2

Baprile.com assumes no liability for the security of uploaded images or unauthorized access by third parties. Data losses arising from technical infrastructure also fall within this scope.

1.3

Uploaded images are not shared with third parties for commercial purposes.

2.1

Users acknowledge that they bear full legal responsibility regarding copyright, trademark, personality rights, and third-party rights in the images they upload.

2.2

Users who do not hold usage and printing rights for the uploaded image may not place an order without such rights. Any civil or criminal liability arising from acting otherwise rests with the user; Baprile.com accepts no liability in this regard.

2.3

Baprile.com reserves the right to hold the user liable for claims, lawsuits, or damages brought by third parties alleging infringement of rights.

3.1

Baprile.com reserves the right to cancel the order without prior notice if the uploaded image has any of the following characteristics:

• Pornographic, obscene, or sexually explicit content
• Text or symbols containing insults, profanity, degrading expressions, or hate speech
• Violence, racism, discrimination, or propaganda for illegal organizations
• Any content contrary to public morals, public order, or applicable Turkish legislation

3.2

Orders cancelled under this scope are terminated immediately, and Baprile.com has no obligation to notify the user regarding the cancellation. Refunds for cancelled orders are processed within 7 business days.

3.3

Any legal consequences arising from inappropriate content belong to the relevant user.

4.1

Before processing an order, Baprile.com sends the customer final approval regarding design and print details. Once the customer provides this approval in writing, the order enters production.

4.2

After final approval is submitted, the order is deemed final and may not be cancelled or changed for any reason.

4.3

Because sticker products are fully personalized (custom-made), the right of withdrawal or return cannot be used after final approval. This is assessed under the exception for “goods made to the consumer’s specifications” in Article 48 of Turkish Consumer Protection Law No. 6502.

4.4

If a design defect found after approval arises solely from Baprile.com’s production process, Baprile.com reserves the right to re-produce the item or offer a partial refund. Print quality issues stemming from the image uploaded by the user are not covered.

4.5

Before final approval, the customer may request changes to the design. Change requests after approval are not accepted.

5.1

If the resolution or print suitability of the user’s uploaded image is insufficient, Baprile.com informs the customer at the final approval stage. If the customer still approves, responsibility for the resulting print quality rests entirely with the user.

5.2

Differences may naturally occur between on-screen colours and printed colours. Such differences are not considered production defects and do not justify return or cancellation.

5.3

Where necessary for production, Baprile.com may make minor size or ratio adjustments to the image. These adjustments are reflected to the customer at the final approval stage.

6.1

Baprile.com reserves the right to update these terms without prior notice. The current version is always published at baprile.com, and the version in effect at the time of the order applies.

6.2

Turkish law applies to disputes arising from these terms; the competent courts and enforcement offices are those of the Republic of Turkey.

6.3

Any delay or waiver by Baprile.com in enforcing a term shall not be interpreted as a permanent waiver of that right.
